An Indian dhow, a small sailing vessel, with 16 Indians was hijacked off the Somalian coast on Saturday. It was taken to an undisclosed location. The Al Rafiquei was on its way to Mogadishu in Somalia from Dubai. It was carrying a cargo of rice, refined oil, wheat and general cargo.   read more »
