since the main hard work is done by the army persons who is the below the rank of nub/sub(naik subadar).i as a son of an army officer had seen each and every difficulty that my father had faced.

he wake up early in the morning and go to the office and at the evening there is not a chance that he will come back at the time...it is a very tough time for him as well as for us.but u all can see he and the people like him are saving the nation(our great india)but the salary hikes are only for the high rank officer like (brig,major,general) we are having only the dreams no government want to make these dreams come true.

as u can see the 6th pay commision there is a large difference between the salary hikes of officer that pass out NDA or IMA and the general men we call them as OR's and JCO's.

i know each and every truth of the field u can be amazed that in kargil war many of the low rank personnel had killed there senior officers since they r so frustrated form there life,they dont have a lifestyle,they dont have a satisfactory life ,and these incidence may continue in the near future.....hope from our govt(but this word is not in govts dictionray).

i like to suggest the army persons to make their own regestried commetie so that like other peoples they are also have their rights
