Aamir Khan steps into Shah Rukh's shoes

Apparently, Aamir Khan is all set to play the lead in South director Shankar's sci-fi, Robot. If sources are to be believed, Shankar met Aamir a few days ago. Aamir is interested, and Shankar is busy with the film's pre-production. However, it is still not known if Aamir will produce the film as well, or Shankar will rope in some other producer.
