Ashley Dupré Sued for ID Theft, Defamation By Amber Arpaio

Former call girl Ashley Dupré just can't seem to stay out of trouble. The 23-year-old brunette, who was Eliot Spitzer's favorite prostitute, is being sued for identity theft by Amber Arpaio, a New Jersey dental assistant who claims Dupré illegally used her driver's license to convince a Girls Gone Wild producer that she was old enough to be filmed back in 2003. In an odd twist, Arpaio, 26, has named Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis, as Dupré's co-defendant. Ironically, Ashley herself had sued Francis and GGW in April, alleging he had exploited her name and image to peddle a raunchy videotape made of her in 2003 when she was just 17. On July 3, Dupré withdrew the suit, insisting she wanted to move on with her life. But this new legal wrinkle will ensure Dupré won't be able to shake off her GGW exploits just yet.
