Asian Games 2010 to introduce Twenty20 cricket, 4 other sports

The Guangzhou Asian Games 2010 is going introduce five newsports which include cricket, dance sports, dragon boat, rollersport and weiqi. The proposal to include cricket into the AsianGames was approved at the Olympic Council of Asia’s(OCA) General Assembly in Kuwaitearlier this year.
An official press release stated that cricket will be played inthe Twenty20 format in the Asian Games.
