Around 10 IAS officers, all belonging to a particular community, were the guests of a powerful Congress MP’s lavish dinner a couple of days ago which had liquor freely flowing. In an inebriated condition, the honourable MP started attacking chief minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy and his governance. Caught unawares, all officers, several of them senior and said to be in the good books of
