For this one has to take care of the diets they are consuming so as to minimize the fat deposition and besides the exercises eventually leading to fat loss and have a fat free muscular body.
FAT LOSS: The fat loss predominantly depends on the diet we take in. The diet we take in should be free from fat especially trans fatty acids which are much harmful.
The diet may contain vegetables and fruits to keep it more fibrous in nature as fibers prevent the fat deposition to an extent. Other diet components may include nuts, and other proteinacious diet to add up muscle fibers.
BODYBUILDING DIET:
The bodybuilding needs adequate dietary compliances for proper muscular build avoiding any fat deposition.
The diet may include the following patterns of meals:
Meal 1: 5 egg whites, 2 yolk, 1 slice low fat cheese, 2 bananas, 1 scoop whey protein powder.
Meal 2: 4oz tuna, 2 whole wheat bagel, 2 tablespoons of low fat mayo, some lettuce and tomatoes.
Meal 3: 7oz grilled chicken, 1 potato (baked), 1 cup fruit salad , 6oz cottage cheese.
Meal 4: 5oz turkey breast which can be taken along with sandwich, 1 slice whole wheat toast, 3 slices of low fat cheese and some tomatoes.1 cup of yogurt.
The above meals can be changed in quantities depending upon the body requirements of the individual.
