Rascal Flatts to perform at BOK Center Sept. 25. Rascal Flatts will perform at Tulsa's BOK Center during its first month of operation. The country trio's show, with special guest Taylor Swift, will be at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 25. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. April 12 and will cost $49.50 and $69.50. Mayor Kathy Taylor made the announcement Thursday in the middle of the venue's 18,000-seat bowl.
