I am extremely pissed of with BSNL right now... I have got my internet almost down (I am only getting 10 kbps while I am on 512 kbps unlimited plan) for the last 5 days.. the bsnl people are only saying that there are server problems and it should be resolved soon.. its been 5 days and its not yet resolved or nothing is done.. it took me 10 mins to open indiabroadband in a 512 kbps unlimited plan paying 1350 monthly.. what is TRAI and BSNL doing for customer service...
