Corporate culture wage negotiation is done in BSNL first time hence employees are not aware of it and procedure .I feel with the power and well wishes of lacs of workers union will gain its demand in best form .
now when executives in BSNL are enjoying revised wages, there is some resentment among the BSNL non executives, regarding the delayed policy at the end of the admn. though we are sure, the staff representatives are trying their best for getting maximum increase, and their pursuation is also consuming time. However, each and every BSNL employee is behind the honest representatives and waiting anxiously towards them. Best wishes for Com. Namboodiri esepecially.
