The Hyde Act and the 123 Agreement with its strict restriction on reprocessing the purchased fuel binds us in a deal to be a purchaser of Uranium and its processing technology. Instead of breaking free from the NSG cartel, we become chained to it for 40 years. This deal will kill off our 50 years of our indigenous reasearch and hard work.
