Sir, i m a customer of Dish TV,But i m very sorry to say that we got a very poor service from our dealer.Actually i bought dish TV on 2008(1 yr free offer).At the time of purchasing, our sub-dealer and dealer creat trouble for activation.After 1 month of purchasing we got our activation,when i talked with my dealer,Angul Dist.(Orissa),his executive(A lady) misbehave me.Actually sir at that time i m not said anything to her,bcoz she was a lady.It is my past complain.

Service is really pathetic. 3 days back opened a service call stating that not able to view any channels after rain.
CSR tried certain option to set right through and raised a service call and assured that complaint will be rectified in 24 hours.
some one called up and never turned up. Upon calling support centre 3 times they disconnected my call or diverted to credit card payment section. Some CSR were very much adamant in following the same steps again with me which was really ridiculous.
I was forced to do the same exercise even though I told them that earlier CSR has tried. They straightway confirmed me that they will not lodge the complaint if I don't follow them again.
I was forced to follow the steps again and again and they told me that old complaint is closed and new complaint has been raised for me and expected time of technician is again 24 hours.
Finally technician arrives at site and does alignment and charges for Rs.170.00 as service charge when I asked him how you could charge me when I am not able avail the service for which I have paid. he didn’t have any answer rather threatened to change the alignment if I don't pay him the amount he is demanding.

I would throw this set up box and antena as soon as service period expires.

The child connection has already been disconnected in the month of March 09 (request made in the month of March 09 by e-mail ID s.surendran-custmercare@dishtv.in)but since last 2 or 3 days all chanals are not shown.
As per your free recharge scheme of diamond pack, i had recharge for same on 24 feb. 2009 for 84 days (700 Rs.). But on 24 april all channels are closed, therefor what is procedure of above scheme, cause of above scheme will closed on 20th May-2009.
