From Challengers to Champions: Border-Gavaskar Trophy Review

As per the BBC sports analyst, this was India at its best. There was a well defined strategy from the start of the series to the end of the series. However, when there were a few risky moments for the Indian, these people seemed to be prepared for it. The BBC analyst added that this was the worst series for Australia in the whole decade, where it could not grab a single win. Not only India and Australia, but the whole world knows that India has changed the entire scene of Australian cricket with a win of 2-0 in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy Test Series. As the Indians are being applauded not only in the home front but also in the world of cricket, the Aussies are very angry at Ponting. While Ponting admits that there was lack of proper strategy, the “Morning Herald” reports that people may want him replaced.
