Herit Shah from Surendranagar managed to take on Google Inc by its horns. He has a blog, googblog.com that became the bone of contention. Herit had registered the domain in his name in September 2008. He received a notice from a law firm in Gurgaon asking him to transfer the domain to Google as it infringed the intellectual property rights of Google. (more…)
