A sum of Rs 1.5 crore has been set aside by The Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIM-B) for assistance to the students who are deprived of admission inti the institute this academic year 2007-08,Rs 91 lakhs has been disbursed by IIM-B for yhe needy students,The fees for the entering batch has increased this year and keeping that in mind the amount budgeted for financial aid this year has been revised to Rs 1.5 crore.
