ILD Spire Green to be built up by ILD a biggest fraud ever co. in NCR, has cheated hundreds of their customer by booking their flat of 1450 sqft and now they have increased the size to 1600+ sqft without any prior intimation of those innocent customers... this overloaded those customers with some 5 Lakhs more than the actual promised total cost of the property. Most of the customers are turning back due to this shocking overload and a trick to snatch more money from customers. This is very bad news for people who wish to own a house in this recession period. Hence it is suggested to beware of any such builder like ILD Millennium Ltd.

I am 100% agree with the feedback given by the writer above. ILD is a fraud and bundle builder. I too will never prefer or recommend any one to book any flat in ILD Spire Green. I am sorry to say that I had also booked a flat in ILD but now I am feeling cheated. I am looking to come out of the project.

What should we do? should we pull out? what are the options

Iam also the investor in ILD Company,sharing the same, but after the discussion with ILD team they shown me the letter and some official documents sent by DTCP Huda office said its not only us suffering but other builders are also facing the same the delay was due to the election now the election is over lets see their progress

Is there any progress in the project

it seems thewhole project is a big question mark

I went to the site last month. These are the activity going on there. 1) The basement is being dug for 2 Bedroom building. This had been done long time back infact. 2) A store room is being built to store cement etc. 3) The base for putting up a crane was being worked upon (again for 2 bedroom tower. 4) Not a single stone has been removed from the site for 3 bedroom tower. As far as my conversation with ILD yesterday, they said contract has been awarded and work has started. Though I am expected to visit the site this weekend. I will keep this group posted on the development. Thanks all and keep posting.

we should make a yahoo group for ILD spire greens and become a member there. And all the news everyone is getting should be posted there, so that it automatically goes to everybody under the group. any body can take the initiative?

You should file recovery suits under Order-37 CPC in DELHI which is more effective and expeditious remedy for recovery of money rather than approaching to consumer courts, which takes lot of time.

Do also file criminal complaint in EOW (Delhi Police) since the Registered Office of the Company is in Delhi.

I checked with ILD guys and they are saying construction has started. I am out of town, has anyone gone and seen the site? Please confirm

I spoke to the ILD guys few minutes back and as usual they gave the same reply that the Agreement will be sent in the next few days and construction will begin soon. Is there anyone who knows the option of pulling out of this investment? Is there any legal action that can be taken? Please reach out to me at shyamak@rediffmail.com.
