India: A Job Portal from Microsoft?

Microsoft is not exactly very strong when it comes to Internet business. It has lost to Google comprehensively in the search engine market segment. So, I got a bit surprised to know that Microsoft is planning to open a job portal for India. India has perhaps the largest number of unemployed people for a single country in the world. So, anything related to job has a good potential in the Indian market.
