Janelle Batkins, a Roseville High School teacher in Michigan, was charged with having sex with a teenage teacher's assistant in a Clinton Township district court.

Janelle Batkins, 42, of Harrison Township, is charged with two counts of third-degree criminal sexual conduct, a 15-year felony. She faces up to 30 year in prison if convicted of both counts.

She was released on a $25,000 personal bond und
