Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad Yadav is skipping Friday's Cabinet meeting in the capital. The Union Railway Minister has said that he's busy with poll meetings in Patna. He has further said that the meeting is not important for him as nothing to do with the railways is on the agenda.
