There is hectic campaigning throughout the country by all the top leaders today, it being the last day of campaigning for the second phase of the elections. Voting for phase II begins on Wednesday. After addressing rallies in Assam last week, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will be in Latur, in Maharastra on Tuesday. UP chief minister Mayawati, will be in Kolkata on Tuesday. Kolkata goes to polls on May 13.
