Story Review The Movie Mere Baap Pehle Aap is a Priyadarshan Movie which entertaining with a comical treatment but too lengthy. Janaradhan (Paresh Rawa) has spent his life bringing up his two kids, Chirag (Manoj Joshi) and Gaurav (Akshaye Khanna). Gaurav takes up the responsibility of managing the household bussines and his father. He treat his father as a friend and even shouts, threatens, fights, even locks up his father occasionally, to prevent him from his prankster-friend Madhav (Om Puri), who is desperate to get married and may spoil him also. Janardhan on the advice of Madhav searches for brides and ends up in troubles. Meanwhile Gaurav gets callfrom a girl Shikha (Genelia D'Souza) who happesn to be his old college mate. She has a guardian and aunt name Anuradha (Shobhana). In an Twist once Janaradha and Anuradha meet and gaurav and Shika notice changes in them as, Anuradha is Janardhan's first love. The rest of the Movie is how a son will get her father married first even though he is a bachelor with a twits and laughts. Performances : The Performance of Paresh Rawal is absolutely suited and given a solid performance . Akshya Khanna did a good job handling his father, or comic scenes or last sentimental scenes. Genelia looks fresh and did her part well . Om Puri did a Splendid job roving eye, Om and Paresh's encounter with lady cop Archana Puransingh the sequences are truly very enjoyable.
