The police arrested four students of Dr Rajendra Prasad Medical College in Tanda in Kangra district for causing the death of Aman Satya Kachru, a first-year student. Aman died on Sunday, hours after he was allegedly ragged and “tortured”. The provisional autopsy report confirmed that the 19-year-old died due to brain haemorrhage.   read more »
