Namitha Kapoor who is the sugar candy of both Tamil and Telugu film industries is going to rock in the Telugu version of Tamil Billa. The film was earlier titled as Yugandhar, but yesterday on the films muhurut, Krishnam Raju announced the name of the film as Billa.
