on 1.1.06 as a head canstable in mp police,in grade of 3500-5200. i want to know about my fixation and aria.

We beg to draw your kind attention to the following fact that We are the Jr. Engineer, Accountant, Data Entry Operator & Peon working in ICD Project, West Bengal on deputation basis in the pay scale of 12,000/- , 12,000/-, 7,000/-, & 4,000/- respectively. After 6th pay commission implementation our pay does not fixed as per Central Govt. Rules. We had been prayed for taking Central Govt. Pay Scale but our pay still not fixed.

Due to high price of daily commodities we are not maintains our families so please fix our pay as per Central Govt. Rules and 6th pay Commission rules. Thanking you, Yours faithfully, All the deputationist of ICDP, West Bengal

I am a constable from Madhya Pradesh Police. I joined CBI/AC-III, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi on 14.12.2006 on deputation basis in the pay scale of 4620/-. I had been given my consent for taking Central Government Pay Scale. I recruited on 01.01.2007 for the post of Constable in MP Police where now the present Basic Pay scale of Constable is 3050-75-4590/- as per Central Govt. As per rule one ACP already granted to me after the completion of 12 years of service and my pay has been fixed in the scale of 3500-80-5200.

After 6th pay commission implementation my pay does not fixed as per Central Govt. Rules. I had been applied for taking Central Govt. Pay Scale but my pay still not fixed. As per discussion with the accountants they informed that my pay will be fixed in the lower scale i.e. 3050-75-4590.

In the CBI department provision is Central Govt. Pay Scale after ACP 3200-85-4900/- for Constable. I am requesting that please clarify that why my pay will be fixed in the scale of 3050-75-4590/- instead of ACP Scale 3200-85-4900/-

(1) I am recruited in the post of constable in MP Police (2) Pay scale of Constable in M.P. 3050-75-4590/- as per Central Govt. rule. (3) My increment date is January’ 01 every year. (4) I joined CBI on deputation on 14.12.2006 in the pay scale of 4620/- after granting one ACP from MP State Police as basic scale of ACP 3500-80-5200

Please fix my pay as per Central Govt. Rules and 6th pay Commission rules.

SIR I AM APPIONTED AS A SI/EXE IN CISF ON DATED 01/03/08.I GOT THE BASIC BEFORE THE FIXATION 5500-175-9000. AFTER PAY FIXATION I AM GETTING NEW SCALE 9300+42000.BUT THE RULES OF PAY FIXATION IS 5500*1.86=10230+4200.CAN I GET THIS PAY SCALE?

i am working as Assistant Engineer in twad board i have obtainded special grade on 20.06.2006. i have given option to fix a my 6th pay fixation after obtaining special grade ie)20.06.2006 in my office new pay fixed as pay band 3 ie)15600-39100 and grade pay as 6600 .But while aduting the 6 th pay commission pay fixation BY A.G audit report the fixation is not correct stating THE reasion even through EMPLOYEE HAVE given option pay should fixed with out change in the grade pay ie)5400 pl clarify my

Being a Chargemen Gde I, I was drawing basic pay Rs 7600/= on 1 Jan 06 in the pay scale of Rs 5500-9000. On 1st april 06, my basic pay become Rs 7775/=(1st april is my increment date). I was promoted as Asstt. Foreman in the pay scale of Rs 6500-10500 w.e.f 14 Aug 06 since my date of increment was 01 April thus I opt for pay fixation and my pay was fixed at Rs 7900/=as intervening pd and refixed as Rs 8300/=and my next date of increment become 01 Apr 07. Again I was promoted as Foreman in the pay scale Rs 7450-11500 on 01 Jun 08 and my pay has been fixed at Rs 8800/= acccording to old pay scale.

After implementation of 6th central pay commission, my pay was fixed according to Rs 9300-34800 with Rs 4200/= grade pay w.e.f 01 Jan,06 as the old scale was Rs 5500-9000. But ACDA Delhi Cantt has refused to fix my pay on promotion as Astt foreman in the pay scale of Rs 6500-10500 stating that being merger of Rs 5000-8000,5500-9000 and 6500-10500,with grade pay is Rs 4200/= an identical scale thus I have been deprived with promotional increment and my pay was not fixed. However, in the pay scale of Rs 7450-11500 my pay was fixed since the pay scale was same i.e Rs 9300-34800 but the pay is Rs 4600/=.

My question is

a) Should I be granted promotional increment in the scale of Rs 6500-10500(9300-34800)as the gradre pay is Rs 4200/= and how it should be fixed since I have denied for this benefit.

b) Under which authority the pay should be fixed as well as financial benefit on promtion for which I quote the same to ACDA for fixation of my pay on my Asstt Foreman and Foreman promotion respectively.

Being a Development Officer (PLI) in Deptt. of Posts at Nagpur, Maharashtra, (on Deputation from the post of LDC from O/O D.A.(P), Nagpur), I was drawing basic pay Rs.5000/- on 1 Jan 06 in the pay scale of Rs.4500-7000. While on deputation, a proforma promotion of LDC to JR. Accountant (DE passed) was given to me on dt.17/11/2004 in the pay scale of Rs.4500/- onwards. After implementation of 6th central pay commission, my basic pay was fixed as Rs.9300/- (Rs.5000 X 1.86), with grade pay of Rs.2800/-. Now I am still in deputation of D.O. (PLI), and my promotion from Jr. Accountant to Sr.Accountant (Old Scale Rs.5500/- onwards) is due in m/o October, 2009. My question is a) What will be my pay fixation is Sr.Acctt. cadre. b) Should I be given the benefit of fixation as per my drawing pay as D.O.(PLI) at present. Please reply.

sir, why??? Graduate and undergraduate are same pay scale.

i get promotion in aug 07 &due to fixation my scale is fixed low then those who joined just now what to do?
