Rajinikanth was the fourth child to his parents. His originalname was Sivaji Rao Gaekwad. He lost his mother at the age offive. Rajinikanth was born on December 12 1949 in Karnataka.Rajinikanth’s schooling was at the Acharya Patasala inBangalore and then at the Vivekananda Balak Sangh which is aunit of the Ramakrishna Mission.
