SC remarks put judges in fix

A day after the Supreme Court came down heavily on the judiciary for “overstepping limits”, judges in both the apex court as well as Delhi high court decided to tread with caution. Apex court judges hearing a PIL referred it to Chief Justice KG Balakrishnan to determine if it had the power to entertain such cases or not.
