The results of Vocational Higher Secondary and Higher Secondary examinations will be published on May 15. Baby was speaking at the meeting with the representatives of various organisations of school teachers on Tuesday. The meeting decided to redeploy protected teachers in those vacancies arising in the Education Department only. When the meeting started, the teachers’ organisations affiliated to the ruling parties and the Opposition parties engaged in a heated exchange of words over the issue of protected teachers. This disrupted the meeting for sometime.
