Teji Bachchan Cremated in Mumbai (Photos)

The mortal remains of Teji Bachchan, mother of Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, were consigned to flames at the cremation ground in Juhu on Saturday. The funeral pyre was lit by Amitabh Bachchan. Several dignitaries including former Vice President Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, actor Vivek Oberoi, industrialist Anil Ambani, SP leader Amar Singh and Director Pehlaj Nihlani attended the cremation. Earlier, the funeral procession started at 10 AM from Bachchan's Juhu bunglow Pratiksha and reached the Ruia Park cremation ground after nearly an hour.
