i hav deposit my counseling fees 30000 rupees in the favour of F.O university of lukhnow but i didnt want to take admission so i want to take my fees back. it could be possible or not.?

nhi fill karna chahti thi,wo 3 college bina meri jankari k fill kr diye.
wo college pahle he 1 se 3,4 s.no. me fill kar diye.main kidwai ngr
me rah rhi hoo fir main itni door k college kaise fillkr sakti hoo jabki
mere pas k college me seat khali hai.jaldi kah kar candi.ko pressure
de rhe hai.please mere sath hue bartav pe dhyan de aur choice filling
k upar k 1 se 4 college ko remove krane ki krapa kare.
