US search engines 'hijacked' in China: analysts

US Internet search engines in China were being hijacked and directed to Chinese-owned Baidu, analysts said Wednesday, speculating that the move was in retaliation for Washingtons award to Tibets exiled spiritual leader the Dalai Lama.
