Utkal University Results for Graduate Degree coursesUtkal university is supposed to declare the results for the graduate courses, unfortunately their official website is not working. I am not sure why - may be because of the load etc. I even tried it yesterday late in the night when the load on the server would have been less, but still then also it gave some problems.Students will be waiting eagerly for Utkal University results and not able to get to the website will be very frustrating.
