Basketball? What's that? For "South Park" fans, March Madness is defined as the start of a new season. No. 11 had its share of misses, but you can't get much better than its satires of "300" and "The Da Vinci Code," and its three-part war epic featuring armies of imaginary creatures. Can season 12 improve on that? As long as series creators Matt Stone and Trey Parker have functioning brain cells, bank on it.
