If you tried to get into "Hell's Kitchen" but couldn't stand the caustic comments and tantrums of uberchef Gordon Ramsay -- who makes Simon Cowell look like Pollyanna -- give this show a shot. It's a kinder, gentler contest for aspiring chefs. Season four moves the action to Chicago; two of the 16 contestants live there, but there's no such thing as a home-field advantage in this game.
