Every year Medicare beneficiaries are given the chance to change Medicare health plans between the months of October to December. This is the only time of year when you can join or leave a Part C Florida Medicare Advantage plan or a Part D drug plan outside of your seven month open enrollment period hat you get when you first become eligible for Part A and B of Medicare.
