The latest Xbox Live update has launched today. . this update is fairly big news for 360 owners. The update includes new downloads of original Xbox games (Halo, Psychonauts, Crimson Skies etc); a Facebook style ability to look at the friends of your friends; and, perhaps most excitingly, "enhanced video codec support" which allows you to play your DivX movies.
