Yoga Yoga is an ancient philosophy of life as well as a system of exercises that encourages the union of mind, body, and spirit. Yoga is a physical discipline; it uses the body and breathing to develop self-awareness and mental clarity. Many conditions like back pain, neck pain, lethargy, mental stress, high glucose levels in the body (hyperglycaemia in diabetics), breathing difficulty in asthma patients, pains due to muscular weakness etc. can be treated through yoga. The yoga masters present in MCRC have completed their proper teacher training course in Yoga & have several years of experience in teaching yoga. Yoga training here includes all types of aasanas, pranayamam & meditation. As we don’t entertain more than 5 students per class, & as we know that all the 5 students may come with 5 different problems, the yoga masters take personal care for every student & they teach only those types of aasanas which are suitable to the person & his condition.
